We are proud to announce the 1.1 release of the Smooks for Mule module. Smooks for Mule enables Message Transformation and Routing using the Smooks Engine. The module has a Mule 1.x and Mule 2.x compatible version. Several examples are provided to demonstrate the module. In this release the Mule 2 package is now compatible with the Mule 2.1.x releases. However the Mule 2.0.x releases are not supported any more. We upgraded Smooks to version 1.1. We also added Smooks XML namespace configuration for the MuleDispatcher. Take a look at the release notes for more information. The Smooks for Mule module can be downloaded from the download page. For a good example what Smooks for Mule can do, take a look at the huge message processing example (http://dist.muleforge.org/smooks/mule2/example/version-1.0/huge-message-processing/readme.html).
